PEDCO has project teams in place to provide engineering and architectural services to a variety of clients on an on-call basis. Project types range from a 2,000 square foot office renovation to a 350,000 square foot combination office/laboratory facility. PEDCO’s process for managing these projects allows us to quickly respond to each request and provide the required services for our client’s needs.

Long Term Engagements

The Procter & Gamble Company PEDCO has been serving The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) since 1985, providing reliable solutions and expected results for a number of their business units.  PEDCO works with P&G’s Corporate Facilities group, which manages approximately 6.3 million square feet of space in their General Offices in downtown Cincinnati, and at Technical Centers located throughout the Greater Cincinnati Area.  Over the years, PEDCO has provided engineering services for these facilities, and has expanded to serve this client in other parts of the country and internationally, striving to maintain the safe and efficient operation of their facilities and equipment assets.

GE Aviation PEDCO was awarded our first contract with GE Aviation (GE) in the year of our founding, 1981, and we have been faithfully serving GE since.  Our work with GE is conducted for three business units, Office Environments, Facility Engineering, and Test Facilities.  Office space alone, accounts for approximately 4 million square feet of space at buildings on and off the Evendale plant site.  PEDCO also manages the Client’s internal Ergonomics Program, which address employee safety in the workplace.  In these areas, PEDCO provides reliable solutions and expected results for significant number of projects each year in support of the growth and expansion of their business.

Fidelity Investments PEDCO has been serving Fidelity Investments (Fidelity) since 1996 at their campus in Covington, Kentucky.  PEDCO serves Fidelity Real Estate Company, which is the division that manages real estate assets, space, and operations for Fidelity.  Over the course of our work for this client, PEDCO has provided engineering services for Fidelity in areas amounting to more than 1.6 million square feet, including projects in Raleigh, North Carolina.  Based on PEDCO’s performance, we have been heralded as their “Gold Standard” for engineering consulting firms and have been asked to contribute to significant projects in support of their business.

Toyota Motor Manufacturing PEDCO began working with Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky (TMMK), at the Georgetown plant in 1990, and since that time has expanded our relationship to serve this Client in Indiana and Canada.  PEDCO has completed projects for a wide variety of production areas, including robots and spot-cooling in bodyweld, fall protection and KBK rails in assembly areas, spray booth modifications in paint, short circuit analyses in stamping, and material handling and equipment layouts in powertrain.  For over 16 years, PEDCO has demonstrated a depth of experience to manage a wide variety of projects in support of TMMK’s many production operations.
