COMMISSIONING AUTHORITY Apply for this opportunity

The Commissioning Authority will be responsible for the performance, documentation and communications of the commissioning team. Specifically, the Commissioning Authority shall create, from standard forms, the pre-functional checklists and functional testing requirements, verify, through statistical sampling, the completion of the pre-functional checklists, attend the functional testing and verify that the commissioned systems operate as designed.

The Commissioning Authority will report directly to either the Electrical or Mechanical Discipline Lead, and will be used initially half time as a Commissioning Authority. As commissioning business is earned, the successful candidate will gradually migrate to full time commissioning responsibilities. In the interim between half time and full time commissioning, the successful candidate will be required to perform all functions of a discipline engineer. In addition to commissioning responsibilities, the successful candidate will review controls and sequence of operations for specific projects and suggest improvements to the design team as well as assist in developing and improving Company Standards.

Client and contractor interface is a significant amount of the responsibility in this position.

The successful candidate must be organized, have excellent communication skills, and understand the principles of conflict resolution.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and committed Electrical Designer for Building Electrical Systems design with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the design and preparation of construction documents for industrial and commercial facilities. This requires experience in the design of power distribution, standby generation, lighting, and auxiliary systems. Strong leadership, the ability to manage electrical design effort on multiple projects, and communication skills are a must. A working knowledge of AutoCAD is required and AutoCAD Revit is a plus.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and team oriented registered architect with 10+ years of design experience. A demonstrated proficiency in masterplanning, programming, site development, interior space layouts and exterior fenestration design is required. Experience with healthcare projects is a plus. Proficiency with AutoCAD/REVIT is required. The professional selected for this opportunity must be LEED accredited and committed to continuing personal development.

Responsibilities will include client interface, coordination with internal architectural/engineering staff, design programming and development and the preparation of design presentations.
