Mr. Hover was a founder of PEDCO and served as Vice President and President before becoming CEO in 1995. Under his drive and guidance as President, PEDCO’s revenues more than tripled from $2.1mm in 1984 to $6.8mm in 1994.
As CEO, Mr. Hover guides the organization’s business practices with an emphasis on partnership, open communication, and trust. He handles all contracts and proposals and ensures all financial aspects of the business operate smoothly. He remains active in establishing client relationships and training key project managers who will keep the company and its clients on the leading edge throughout the years to come.
With more than 35 years of experience as both a Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer, Mr. Hover is well equipped to guide the organization in meeting the needs of commercial and industrial clients. His experience has ranged from the management of small energy studies to successful manufacturing expansions in excess of $20mm.
Mr. Hover uses his diverse background to assess potential opportunities and continuously improve the organization’s job processes. His strategic sensitivity and ability to capitalize on the company’s strengths have enabled him to build winning, long-term client relationships that reflect an unmatched personal commitment to individualized service.
Mr. Hover holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Indiana Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from The Ohio State University. He is presently registered in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky.
