Mr. Giesler brings to his leadership role insights and results-oriented business skills refined during more than 30 years of engineering and industry experience.
Mr. Giesler has established the internal processes, accountability structures, and ongoing communication necessary to ensure cohesive operations and the efficiencies necessary for quality client work. Mr. Giesler builds the strength and ongoing education of PEDCO’s front-line and support personnel. His long-term planning and strategic guidance have prepared PEDCO to not only meet the needs of clients today, but to anticipate and respond to the developing needs of tomorrow.
In addition to his corporate expertise, Mr. Giesler has also taken a personal interest in the community and volunteers for the College Educational and Charitable Foundation, the University Heights Community Urban Redevelopment Corp., Kids Helping Kids, the Ronald McDonald House, and Lighthouse Youth Services.
Mr. Giesler holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Structural Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and is a registered professional engineer in Ohio, Kentucky, South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida.
